I recently photographed this adorable little boy, he was 3 weeks old.
I arrived with various flashes, portable lighting & plans for various adorable poses with different props his mommy provided.
This is what we ended up with… π
Babies have a way of changing our plans. Here are some of my favorites NOT planned for…

“We love you… Already”
I have been extremely lucky in my short time as a professional photographer, I have had the good fortune of photographing quite a few families including my own.
This gorgeous couple was at ease with one another and laughed with each other and me the entire time of the photo shoot.
They supplied their own props and we shared quite a few ideas together before and during the shoot.
Here are some of my favorites from this shoot, please visit my web site for their entire gallery.
“Sandy toes & Salty kisses” -Unknown
Recently we spent a gorgeous sunny & “dry” day at South Padre with our dogs. The very next day, I spent a dark, gloomy & “wet” day at South Padre with clients.
My clients for the day luckily for us all, I believe, were one of my closest friends & her husband. We planned a sunrise photo shoot on the beach at 6 am. We ended up with a 11am photo shoot with absolutely no sun, just plenty of rain. We however had breakfast, coffee plenty of laughs and plenty of time to catch up.
They were gorgeous, patient, loving, attentive to one another and in the end we ended up with sandy toes and plenty of
( salty ) kisses.
As I mentioned in a previous blog, we recently spent a couple of much needed relaxing days off in South Padre Island, my schedule & my groom’s schedule have been unusually busy lately & it looks to stay that way for awhile.
We decided to spend another day & night by the water, the ocean we visited last is 5 hours away, the lake we picked for this trip is an hour away, so, we packed up the dogs, supplies & my camera & we were off… Again.
